[feat] update dependencies to realign with CEM addition in RHDS/PFE

Upstream RHDS/Patternfly have moved to support CEM.

The change will need to be implemented here as well to maintain alignment between all the projects.

TODO:

• Implement CEM and related tooling changes
• Update default demos to use index.html
• Update inline documentation in element TypeScript files and CSS
