Description:
As a User,
I want to view a dedicated Folder Dashboard,
So that I can quickly see all jobs, subfolders, and key statuses inside the folder in one place and efficiently manage large project structures.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. The user can open any existing Folder project and see the Folder Dashboard.

2. Dashboard of the Folder displays:

• list of all jobs inside the folder,
• list of subfolders,
• the status of the last build of each project (icons),
• last build time,
• the number of the last build.

3. The dashboard displays a Header with the Folder name and the button "Add description/Edit description", block Additional Feature "Icon" and the button "More actions".

4. The user sees a Side Panel with available actions:

• Status,
• Configure,
• New Item,
• Delete Folder,
• Build History,
• Rename,
• Credentials.

5. The user can go to any job or subfolder from the dashboard.

6. The page is updated correctly after adding/deleting jobs or folders.

7. If there are no items in the folder, a clear message is displayed.:
“This folder is empty.”
