MacOS requires brew path for libssl

/usr/local/opt/openssl@1.1/lib/pkgconfig does not exist on my system after running the brew commands, however the equivalent path is /opt/homebrew/opt/openssl@1.1/lib/pkgconfig. Using this path the installation finishes normally.
