Description
The Gene Ontology is a valuable resource of gene sets for signaling pathways. For example, we could collect genes from the canonical Wnt signaling pathway GO term (limited to a single species). Same with disease-specific networks, there's a question about what to pass into SPRAS and what to hold out for evaluation.
