Geographic scope of the graphs

Dear @olavurellefsen, dear @MFHolm , dear @HelenaEgholm ,

for some of the graphs of the start page it is not clear to what area/region/country they refer to.
Could you please add the region of countries? e.g. EU28, EU28+CH+NO etc.
