Write both date and time when the `schema:rangeIncludes` includes `schema:DateTime`

Describe the feature

It is expected that when when the schema:rangeIncludes includes schema:DateTime both date and time get written to the json.

Look at this commit for the required changes. I am ready to make the pull request but your repo guidelines rules that I open the issue first.
