The Activity Solution Form facet seems to be too broad. It might be possible to split it into Action (one-off, almost "atomic"), Event (one-off, longer, e.g., workshop), Mindset/Approach/Attitude (stable shift in approaching things), Practice (repeated, whether regularly or not), and maybe a specific subcategory of Meeting.
