No fans detected on ASUS Z9PA-U8 5507

I just installed Fan Control on a machine I built using an ASUS Z9PA-U8 5507. It's using an Intel Xeon CPU E5-2660 v2 CPU and has 160GBB RAM and is running Windows 10 Pro. While Fan Control detects the fans, it can't pair them with a speed sensor. I know the BIOS is detecting them since I can go into the BIOS/Monitor, and it sees the fans and their RPMs along with all the temperatures. The fans are a mix of three and four pin Fractal Design.

Any ideas on how to get Fan Control working on this machine would be appreciated!
