Windows 11 Smart App Control now report false positive on FanControl

It has been working fine until today when Windows Smart App Control blocked the app. Now it won't even run. I was given this URL when clicking on the notification.

It reports on FanControl.Resources.dll? It's literally only resource strings with all the translations. I'll monitor if I get more reports, but as of now it seems like a fluke.
