Goolge analytics on legacy site was set up by CH - apparently that setup was based strictly on the google instructions, rather than on steps or prcesses he devised, and it also pre-dates the current google platform - so he did not think he had any specific relevant expertise for implementation on the new site, should we want to proceed in that directly
