Create materials for teaching relevant data standards

Materials need to be developed that act as an intro to relevant data standards for the targeted research group. This speaks to reproducibility and re-use. Evidence for this need coming straight from DataONE and its statistics that show that the preponderance of researchers either use the data standards from "MyLab" or "None" at all.
