Make Domain, Task, and Role pages more findable within Use Cases page

* move domain, task, role menu items above "use cases" and rename "use cases" to "all use cases"
* experiment with more obvious links to domain, task, role in the main page - style of "hubs" and "projects" at the bottom of https://fair-dom.org/fairdom-in-use/
