Description
I'd be curious to hear more about people using Julia for research software. A few topic ideas could be:
- Differences between Julia and other programming languages used for research software (Python, R, Rust, etc.)
- When does some code starts to be too slow that it's worth considering switching to Julia (or something else)?
- Strength of Julia beyond only speed but more as a general purpose programming language
