Create Common API for Querying Clinical Data for COHD, ClinicalProfile, and ICEES

In collaboration with COHD and ClinicalProfile

• Create a common API for querying Clinical Data for COHD, ClinicalProfile, and ICEES
  • Create mapping tools between concepts between COHD, ClinicalProfile, and ICEES
  • Create a library for querying those APIs
  • Create a tool based on code developed in the previous Hackathon for combining data from those APIs for presentation
• Create a library for generating Knowledge Graph between concepts using clinical data
• Refactor TranQL to query using this API

Thanks @xu-hao, this looks good. This will give us a clinical reasoner which basically means it takes aMessage object in the Translator Knowledge Graph Standard and also returns one, populating it with a knowledge graph and bindings.
