Delivery Issue #305

Hello all,
I have a problem with delivery reports. Restcomm is giving immediately delivered. It should wait for response from operator. For instance I'm testing invalid numbers and getting delivered instead of undelivered. Delivered message is coming from restcomm. Operator is giving undelivered. When i checked the logs, there is 2 delivery status for 1 sms. First delivery receipt is coming from restcomm as DELIVERED, second delivery receipt is coming from operator as UNDELIVERED. I'm sending as delivered to customer. Is there any configuration for solve the issue? I'm waiting for your help.
