"copy-paste" and delete problem

This feature works good until you want to delete second copy. Undo also do not help. So you can delete first copy, but not second. And if i try to delete, save this file and reopen it i get this message: "Bone reference broken or invalid!"

I used it with v. 2.0.0.22389
