UEFI booting via USB

BareMetal OS makes better use of booting via a USB drive on modern UEFI-based systems.

By default a 1MiB RAM Drive image (using a new filesystem, BMFS-lite) is added to the BOOTX64.EFI file. This RAM Drive image is stored in memory and BareMetal-Monitor is able to load programs from it.

The load command still loads files from the disk. A new loadr command loads files from the RAM Drive.

This makes the OS and utilities a lot more easy to test as no permanent storage device (HDD, SSD) is required.

The USB drive can be unplugged as soon as the system is booted.
