ModuleNotFoundError: No module named crd3

I am trying to run the needleman_wunsch.py file in the project as well as its text equivalent to see how they work and ultimately recreate the results from the paper. I keep running into the above error and I have no idea how to go about solving it.

Hey there, you can try adding the path to the crd3 folder to your python path. You can do this using the sys module.
