Bug: Live updates and ping not working

Ive got 2 phones. Both diffirent  numbers. They only update when the app is open. When you push the ping button it counts down and nothing updates. 

Im running android 14, all google play services, certified google play device, and all privileges and zero battery or network background useasge limits.
