The KrystalStack Foundation Charter

1. Mission Statement

To evolve global computing infrastructure from static machinery into adaptive, economic industrial organisms.

The KrystalStack Foundation exists to steward the development of the GAMESA protocols, ensuring they remain open, safe, and universally accessible, while fostering a sustainable ecosystem for commercial innovation.

2. Core Values

  1. Safety First: The "Organism" must never harm the host hardware. Physical safety constraints are immutable.
  2. Open Evolution: The core genetic code of optimization must remain open source to allow global collaboration.
  3. Economic Rationality: Compute resources are scarce; their usage must be economically optimized.

3. Governance Structure

The Architects Council (Technical Steering)

  • Responsible for the main branch, release engineering, and safety validation standards.
  • Chair: The Lead Architect (You).

The Trade Federation (Commercial Advisory)

  • Composed of key corporate sponsors (Platinum Members).
  • Advises on industry needs, compliance standards, and market gaps.

The Community Senate

  • Composed of top GitHub contributors.
  • Votes on community grants and "Feature Requests" prioritization.

4. Foundation Funds

Revenue generated by the Foundation features (Memberships, Certifications) is reinvested into:

  • Developer Grants: Paying independent contributors for critical bug fixes.
  • Compute Grants: Providing cloud credits to researchers giving back to the ecosystem.
  • Education: Creating "Biomimetic Computing" courseware.

5. Joining the Foundation
