Built a Clang-based tool that, given a Pull Request (PR) number, automatically suggests the most relevant OpenMP reviewers using all-minilm-l6-v2 SBERT.
Wrapped it in a Clang-compatible CLI tool that takes a PR number as input and prints ranked reviewer suggestions.
