Feature Suggestion
Configuration file for ArgoCD server allows to establish an insecure connection to a remote HTTPs server but does not provide a way to pass a custom CABundle.
Possible Implementation
Add and support an additional field in the configuration file to specify a custom CA bundle to be loaded by the backend when connecting to a remote HTTPs server
