100% cpu usage on raspi

Hello,

I am trying to install Openroast on the Raspberry Pi. I had a few issues with the install, but was able to get it running with some work. The application launches, but between the main process and the six child thread it launches, the cpu is pegged at 100% and the GUI is unresponsive. Is this to be expected with an underpowered system? Or is something misconfigured that could be causing this?
