Minor Changes

I just started using Openroast and am am quite happy with it. I just have a few suggestions.
It would be nice if the font size on the display were larger for us retired people with bad eyes!
It was not obvious on how to load a selected profile. Adding a "load" switch would be nice.
Overall a great program!
