More question than issue, Snapchat location and home assistant?

So weird question, but would it be possible to

1. Run this on home assistant
2. query the location of a Snapchat friend and use that information to do things

Long story short, this would be perfect if it worked to determine location, because I can use my location, and my friends location, to geo fence my area and make nfc entry keys I have not work, and unlocking the door from the app not work, If the location does not show my apartment. Making it harder for someone who is not intended to Open my door to open my door.
