Build Meetify UI project from Ubuntu Lightsail instance

trying to build results in an error with react-scripts even after running npm install react-scripts successfully. Building directly on the instance would be the easiest way to deploy new UI changes, and this issue may cause issues for others trying to clone the project as well.
