PR title template feature

My team follows https://www.conventionalcommits.org/ when writing commit messages.
It would be nice if I can set my own PR title template for PR creation.
I'll create a pull request if possible. Thanks for a great extension!

Cool! I was thinking maybe trying to include the PR titles / templates into the repository itself, so you don't need any manual changes for this plugin, so that could be an idea :)
