Checklist of to-dos before making this repository public:

• Make sure copyright boilerplate is on every file
• Add to readme: explanation of what this repo is, how to produce results, paper citation
• Remove data files from repository. If necessary we can keep them in a branch? They're pretty easy to reproduce, so they shouldn't be necessary
• Create a tag for version corresponding to final submission of FOCAPD paper (I guess this doesn't necessarily need to happen before public release)
• Add requirements.txt. As above, this doesn't necessarily need to happen before making public.
• Remove FOCAPD abstract from top-level of repository

And probably several other things that I'm forgetting, which we can add to this issue.
