Improve update notification

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Currently, only a very simple notification is given if a updated version is available, which appears on every startup.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Show additional information like the changelog, a link to the new version, and allow to dismiss the dialog until a new version is uploaded
