Certain files don't sync successfully

Describe the bug
I'm trying to download files from the old L2P. I get several errors and files don't all download successfully.

First, "Internal Server Error" for endpoints viewAllEmails, viewAllAnnouncements, viewAllAssignments, viewAllMediaLibraries etc. for a course from SS15, even though I can still access it fine on the web.

Then, for certain files from a language course I did in SS17, I also get "Internal Server Error". The same files open up fine on the web. Sadly, I don't see any reason for why this happens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on Download.
2. Wait until you get the error message.

Expected behavior
The files should download successfully.
