Play All Random for any playlist

Should be possible as soon as #13 passes.
First though there should be beta testing on the random feature.

This will be implemented on a later date. #13, #5, and #17 are scheduled to be the next update.

The random play for any playlist still needs to have thorough planning for a proper UI implementation.
