"Premium over Market" cannot be entered

It does not occur all the time, but often "Premium over Market" cannot be entered. This leads to the "Creare Order" button to stay greyed out, and the order cannot be submitted. Sometimes it is fixed by restarting Tor Browser, but if not I need to wait until I can enter the premium again to create a new order. This happened both on iOS and Windows PC.

This looks related to #2433, and there’s already a PR open in #2434 to address the premium-field behavior that blocks order creation, so linking it here for reference.
