Description
Proposal to include community management which has been carried out voluntarily for years, in the development budget. Compensating this work would not only recognize the time and dedication involved, but also represent a direct investment in the project’s health and future: it would align incentives, ensure continuity and quality of member support, and enable proactive, efficient communication between the team and the community, improving the experience for both staff and users.
