Reorg the actions badge (#1133)

This PR reorganizes the Actions badges and updates workflow names to reflect a cleaner badge display.  
- Updates the badge table in README.md with new headers and badges for Rolling, Kilted, Jazzy, and Humble.  
- Renames workflow names in Windows and Linux build/test-related workflow files for consistency.
