Can NOT find serial (missing: serial_DIR) even after installing the serial package on noetic.

I am using ROS Noetic with 20,04. I installed the Roboteq driver but CMake is throwing the following error when running, catkin_make
I installed the serial package from http://wjwwood.io/serial/

Please provide some help.

Try to use rosdep to update the dependencies.
rosdep install --from-paths src --ignore-src --os=ubuntu:LINUX_VERSION -r -y
LINUX_VERSION could be focal, for example.
