Segmentation Fault., Thread 1 "roboteq_motor_c" received signal SIGSEGV, exit code 11

After launching roboteq motor controller driver.launch, the motordriver works normally for couple of seconds or sometimes minutes and then exists with error code 11 and when ran the launch file with gdb debugger it shows the error: Thread 1 "roboteq_motor_c" received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. attached are screenshots kindly look into it
