pose projection visualization and CVD-SfM Variant

I’m a beginner and really admire what you’ve done here. Could you please tell me how the pose projection onto the satellite map was generated?
Also, I’d like to ask whether the algorithm mentioned as CVD-SfM Variant in the paper is not included in the released code — does it need to be configured separately?

I’ve set up the environment successfully, but when I run python run_cvd_sfm.py, I get an error indicating that an SfM folder is missing.
Could you please confirm whether the uploaded source code is complete？
