Allow the front end url to be changed so it can work with headless front end, currently it just runs through the content finder so would need additional endpoints to allow external access

I wonder if we would need a headless specific content finder that returns json instead of the markup, and then an appSettings or something to define where it should send the data to? Or maybe there is a way to hijack the delivery API to do the same thing.
