Docker not install "apn" dependency

We have issues with APN setting Push notification. the Rocket.chat not connect to APN:
Error: Apn Connection not initialized.<br> at sendAPN (app/push/server/apn.ts:30:9)

I build Rocket.chat from source code is work Ok. but run from docker image is not.
