issue in running the rocket,chat locally....

I followed the instructions from Rocket.Chat developer documentation for setting up on Windows 10 (https://developer.rocket.chat/docs/windows-10), but encountered an issue when running the "yarn" command. The error message in the build.log file shows "fatal error: v8-function-callback.h: No such file or directory." I've tried reinstalling node-gyp, but the problem persists. Could someone please advise on how to resolve this issue?

the problem resolved by delete the project folder and redo the work again mentioned in the above developer doc
