Improvements to poll app

Hello!

We have a few ideas to improve poll app.

1. Separate lines between vote variants
   
2. Add translation to other languages
3. Show poll settings (single, multiple) in header or differ them by poll color
4. Highlight vote button in multiple choice votes

2. Some apps implement it internally but I will be discussing with Doug about somehow tying the internal translation system to apps. Have it under my radar.
3. Can you elaborate this one please?
4. Do you mean if it is a multiple choice, for example, blue button, else, the generic one?
