Wrong Log message when opening the SQLite DB

Hi Rohit,

Found a small bug on your logging.

When starting the application following message is shown.
SEVERE 09/07/2020 12:08:13: Unable to create directory: Everest/config/
But the dir is being created correctly.

I will make a pull request for it if you do not mind.
