SCCM Override usecase

Hello i want to ask what usecase this override parameters have because i can install adobe with the same command but without the Override parameters

do i need the override ?

command i mean:

powershell.exe -noprofile -executionpolicy bypass -file "C:\Program Files\Winget-AutoUpdate\Winget-Install.ps1" -AppIDs "Adobe.Acrobat.Reader.64-bit --scope machine --override "-sfx_nu /sAll /rs /msi EULA_ACCEPT=YES DISABLEDESKTOPSHORTCUT=1""

Short answer:
EULA_ACCEPT=YES DISABLEDESKTOPSHORTCUT=1 = no EULA for users to accept, no desktop shortcut.

Original silent install string:
-sfx_nu /sAll /rs /msi

But, you should run it with (note the escape \"):

For when WAU updates the application:
Text file: AppID-override.txt/AppID-custom.txt in mods folder.
Example: Adobe.Acrobat.Reader.64-bit-override.txt with content:
"-sfx_nu /sAll /rs /msi EULA_ACCEPT=YES DISABLEDESKTOPSHORTCUT=1"

If it's there when installing you don't need any parameters in the install command.
