Intune ADMX uploads

I have been trying to upload the WAU.ADMX and WAU.ADML from the main branch to Intune but every time I get the error:

Value cannot be null. Parameter name: input

Has anyone seen this before?

I found through ChatGPT:

✅ Root cause:
Intune’s parser demands a default xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/GroupPolicy/2006/07/PolicyDefinitions" (no prefixes) and a corresponding ADML xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/GroupPolicy/2006/07/PolicyDefinitionResources". Anything else—including prefixed (ns0:) tags or “www.microsoft.com”
URIs—fails with the “Could not find target namespace” error.

✅ What worked:

Default namespaces, no prefixes (ns0: gone)

fallbackCulture="en-US"

Proper en-US folder structure and matching filenames
