First of all, KnifMelti... thank you very much for attempting to replicate, and pointing me towards the correct, current repo.
I noticed from the results you posted of your attempt to replicate, that the output shows "Running without admin rights."
I think this might be the issue(?)
I'm trying to install at scope=machine, running as SYSTEM.
I can, in fact install just fine, actually, even without using this solution, when installing as a user. ...and I too get success if using this script, as a user. It's when I run as SYSTEM, which Intune would be doing, when attempting to install for the machine, instead of just a single user. It works fine, using, for example, 'WinDirStat.WinDirStat'. That installs, scope=machine, running as SYSTEM. This Postman.Postman app though is an odd-ball.

In the logs, created by this process in c:\windows\temp\winget\defaultState, I do see this as the final rows in the log:

Could it be that I am still doing something wrong? or perhaps that this specific installer is designed and published by Postman to ONLY install with scope=user?
