One place to store and pull from white/black lists

Hi,
Is it possible to add functionality to store white and black list in one place like SharePoint, UNC path or any other "safe" place, so that all clients will have the same version of those lists without need to re-deploy whole WAU package.
It would be nice to WAU check for updates of those lists - like for winget version update and download new file if it has changed.
Or mby you guys have that sorted out somehow already?
