WinGet Land needs a lot of attention/corrections, the latest I ran into in my tests is PuTTY upgrading, succeeding but is failed when testing because the upgrade didn't delete the old ARP entry in registry (leaving 2 entries in Control Panel)...

putty need to be uninstalled... i got same issue on my PC. microsoft/winget-pkgs#87021

WAU Klogg.conf.txt - rename to WAU klogg.conf and Import in Klogg Highlighters... (winget-install.ps1 -AppIDs variar.klogg)
