Add Install / Uninstall lists

Firstly THANK YOU for building this out. Just rolled out and tested the GP deployment and it is going to be a lifesaver.

Is there any chance to build and uninstall / install list?

Looking on an easy way to:

winget uninstall Microsoft.Teams.Classic
winget uninstall Adobe.Acrobat.Reader.32-bit

winget install Adobe.Acrobat.Reader.64-bit
winget install Microsoft.Teams
