WAU not updating UWP MS store apps like Web Image Extensions, Photos

First of all thanks for creating this awesome tool.

I have started testing it in my test environment, and i see that it is not able to update any of the store apps like Microsoft.WebMediaExtensions.

I see in previous discussions that tool is tied to winget repo only, are there any plans to include app updates from msstore , as i see a lot of other community users have requested this , it would make this tool perfect to update UWP /inbox MSstore apps where store is blocked.

Hi, thanks. MS Store apps have always been out of scope. We believe that the MS Store is mature enough 😅 to handle apps on its own correctly.

And if that's the case, the org blocking it does that for a reason.
Plans for enabling other repos (private) are ongoing.

Store should not be blocked, even in corporate env ^^

This function is used if the WinGet MSIXBundle for App Installer failed to install in SYSTEM context:
