[Bug]: User Notifications are disabled but still showing

The problem

I turned off user notifications using Group Policy, but notifications are still appearing. This setup worked fine in the older version, but after updating to the latest version, notifications started showing up. Notification Level is Enabled and set to None.

@Romanitho, WAU works properly for the computers in the USA. I deployed WAU for our Canadian computers, and I am only seeing the notifications for the Canadian computers. Does this make a difference?

Computers purchased in the US don’t experience the issue where notifications appear on the desktop even when user notifications are disabled. This problem only affects computers that were bought in Canada.

I’m unable to reproduce the issue. Everything works fine for me using the default English language, regardless of the OS language.
